Ido Rosen

Ido Rosen serves as the CEO for EL-AD Group Canada and oversees all aspects of EL-AD Group in Canada. Prior to his role as CEO, Ido was COO of the group in Canada and before that, the CFO for the company.
Ido's background includes a number of diverse senior management roles. He has held CFO and controllership posts in both the U.S. and Israel providing oversight and management of both public and private companies in the real estate industry. He has also been the CEO of a New York City real estate firm specializing in multi-residential properties. In 2008, Ido was the EL-AD principal behind the sale of 5,200 residential units -- the largest real estate transaction in Canada ($385 million) for during that year.
Ido holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Shiri Septon-Etchin

Shiri Septon-Etchin serves as the CFO for El-Ad Group Canada managing all aspects of the company’s financial reporting and planning, cash-flow management, and key financial relationships.
Shiri has held several senior finance roles previously including CFO of Azimuth Technologies, a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange which develops and manufactures solutions for the defence industry. She also was the CFO of Jungo, a leading software provider for the telecommunications industry. Previously, she provided audit and consulting services for one of the "big 4" accounting and consulting firms operating in Israel and the United States.
Shiri holds a degree in Accounting and Economics, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Dror Giladi

Dror Giladi is the COO for EL-AD Group Canada responsible for all elements of the company's day-to-day operations including relationships with the firm's property management companies.
Prior to his posting as COO, Dror was the internal auditor for the company instituting internal controls over its own operations and those of its property management partners. Before joining EL-AD Group Canada, Dror held various senior financial services posts including CFO and Controller for Israeli and American companies including IDC and 3M Israel, and a senior auditor for Deloitte and Ernst & Young.
Dror holds an Israeli CPA designation and has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting & Finance from The College of Business in Israel, and a MA in Public Policy & Administration from Ben-Gurion University.
Rafi Wunsh
Vice President - Quebec Region

Rafi Wunsh oversees EL-AD Group Canada’s operations in the province of Quebec. His responsibilities include all aspects of managing the diverse portfolio of EL-AD Group Canada commercial and residential properties in Quebec.
Previously, Rafi was CFO for EL-AD Group Canada in Toronto. He was instrumental in more than $200 million (CAD) of acquisitions and mortgage financing.
Rafi joined EL-AD Group Canada from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he held senior posts in both Jerusalem and Montreal providing accounting, tax, and management advisory services across several key industries. He has an Israeli CPA designation and holds degrees in both Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
